Chef Beth Esposito, owner of Pink Garlic Private Events, a private chef experience, has been featured on Food Network’s “Cooks vs. Cons”, Rachel Ray and all local television stations for her food concepts. A native South Philadelphian that has been cooking in the industry in all facets over 26 years. She is heavily involved in her city with active participation in multiple charities, food donations for business interactions and overall knowledge of how food fuels a wonderful community.

Their most popular is the hickory variety that they smoke themselves, and the smoky flavor doesn’t end there. Pick up ham hocks or turkey wings to flavor a pot of greens, or succulent smoked pork chops to eat with sautéed apples. Besides bacon, the shop offers fresh cuts of prime beef, poultry, and pork—much of it raised in Lancaster County, as well as a selection of Lancaster County preserves, dry goods, and even vegetables in the height of summer.
